Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping
$50.00 Flat Rate shipping within the continental US. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. For international shipments please provide company shipper #'s UPS/ FEDEX or DHL. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We will require on international shipments that a US Department of Trade and Commerce "BIS-711" form to be completed and reviewed prior to shipment. This form is available here: Download BIS711 Form
When placing an order we will ship from stock the same day the order is received. Rates for shipping outside of the US and methods other than ground will follow UPS Worldship or Fed-Ex charts which are weight based. Please contact us at sales@tek-stock.com for your shipping cost outside of the US.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
1. Please provide UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL shipping numbers in the comments section with your order or email to sales@tek-stock.com
2. Please send a completed and signed BIS711 form to sales@tek-stock.com. This End User Agreement is needed for all orders shipping outside of the U.S.A. It will be reviewed before Tek-Stock ships any international order.
Returns:
Tek-stock will accept returns on all STOCK web-store items purchased. Any STOCK web-store items can be returned within 30 days of receipt with a 30% restocking fee. Please note that all special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include minimum order, non-price list items.
*All Carlisle IT cable assemblies are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Please notify Tek-Stock by phone or E-Mail before returning any item(s). Customers will be given a return material authorization RMA# to reference on the package.
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to our facility. The 70% credit will not include any original shipping and insurance charges.
Tek-Stock reserves the right to NOT accept a return, I.E; Cable that has been oxidized from inadequate storage, handling, scratches, bent/cut/ stripped, etc..
Original packaging must be included when returning any item(s).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via E-Mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
